MrBeast Dethrones T-Series: A New YouTube King (Most subscribed channel on EARTH)

Jimmy Donaldson, known worldwide as MrBeast, has now risen to the top of YouTube, becoming the most subscribed content creator on the platform.

His channel overshadowed the previous leader, Indian music conglomerate T-Series.

The American YouTuber announced the milestone via X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday, declaring his victory.

In his announcement, MrBeast said he took "revenge" on Swedish YouTuber PewDiePie. The message is accompanied by a snapshot of the latest registration statistics.

MrBeast's YouTube channel has 267 million subscribers, surpassing T-Series which has 266 million subscribers. "After 6 years, we finally have our revenge on PewDiePie," read the note accompanying the post.

For those who don't know, MrBeast pledged his support for PewDiePie last year, saying, "I'm doing this for PewDiePie.

" Among the first to congratulate, Tesla chief Elon Musk commented: “Wow, congratulations! One user exclaimed: "I'm literally shaking and crying. " I can't believe we finally did it.

Others say the next goal is to reach 1 billion subscribers.

Last month, MrBeast also challenged the CEO of T-Series to a boxing match. This comes while T-Series holds the top spot for most subscribed YouTube channel, with MrBeast closely following their numbers.

Sharing a photo of himself with no followers on X, the 26-year-old man wrote: "I'm challenging the CEO of T-Series to a boxing match. " For context, Bhushan Kumar is the president and CEO of the music label, although the CEO's name is not listed on the official website.

Swedish YouTube phenomenon PewDiePie, born Felix Kjellberg, was once the highest-earning YouTuber, famous for his video game commentary
